Joe is currently a second
year graduate student in the Industrial/ Organizational Psychology
program at Minnesota State University, Mankato.
He is a member of MSU’s IRB and is
active in advancing the research objectives of the University.
Joe is also an Associate Consultant at
the Organizational Effectiveness Research Group (OERG), the
consulting arm of the I/O program.
His concentrations include personnel
selection, training, and organizational efficiency.
He is currently in the process of being
certified as a Six-Sigma green belt.
Before attending graduate school, Joe
received a B.A. from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
Prior to working for DRI,
Joe developed a strong background in the measurement and improvement
of customer service.
He has experience developing new
customer service training models and evaluating existing programs
using survey results.
His work experience includes being an
independent consultant to small businesses and a training specialist
within a large organization.
He enjoys using his knowledge and
experience to help organizations improve their business results.
Joe was born and raised
in Minnesota and currently lives in Vadnais Heights with his wife.
He enjoys all the state has to offer,
aside from the weather.
Outside
of work he enjoys cooking, traveling, and attending performances at
various fine arts venues in the Twin Cities.
