Megan is a consultant with DRI. She has a wide
range of professional experiences as a trainer, therapist,
facilitator, researcher, community educator, and evaluator. She has
worked on various multi-disciplinary teams and facilitated and
mediated conflict within organizations.
Megan has held a variety of leadership
positions and has presented research at a number of professional
conferences.
Her listening and observation skills
help her assess a given situation and aid both individuals and teams
in strengthening their strengths and addressing their developmental
needs.
Megan also served as both a student and cohort
representative while in graduate school.
These positions required her to gather
information, synthesize data, and present strategic solutions to the
faculty.
She uses her extensive experience with
assessment instruments to inform further development and behavior
change that will promote success for individuals and groups. She is
excited to continue this work and focus on increasing awareness of
workplace functioning and improvement.
Megan’s primary interests are staff development,
individual coaching, and leadership training. Megan hopes to use the
skills she’s gained in her various positions as a platform for
helping others increase awareness of strengths and developmental
needs in the workplace.
