October 18, 1997: Melissa Van Gorp Joins DRI Consulting
Melissa is completing her degree in psychology at Bethel College. She joins us in support of
client relations, sales and marketing.

September 15, 1997: Stephanie Zavadil Joins DRI Consulting
We are fortunate to have a new consultant on staff! Stephanie is completing her doctorate
at the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology. She is an experienced manager, counselor and consultant.
She will provide our full range of services to clients, with special emphasis on career and skills coaching
to individuals and team facilitation to work groups.

August 1, 1997: Dr. John Fennig contributes to the August Issue of
Small Business Computing.
Dr. John Fennig serves as a key contributor to the Ellen DePasquale article "Plan Ahead,
Get Ahead" in the August issue of Small Business Computing.

July 1, 1997: Microsoft features DRI Consulting as Case Study for Project Management Software.
Microsoft interviewed our staff and has published a case study on their website about our use of
Microsoft Project in our work with clients.

June 20, 1997: Dr. John Fennig is on the air again at 93.7 The EDGE.
Dr. John Fennig offered advice and comment to callers seeking help for personal and work related
problems/decisions they faced.

April and June, 1997: DRI Consulting designs and delivers a Values and Vision offsite to a
team of senior managers in a diverse and rapidly changing business unit of a Fortune 100 organization.
The design and delivery team received excellent feedback for meeting (and exceeding) the client's
expectations during these four days of intensive work together.

March 29, 1997: Norwest Corporation and DRI Consulting
successfully complete third delivery of Executive Leadership Seminar (ExLS).
The coaching staff received high marks from these senior managers for providing valuable skills
coaching and Real World Problem Solving sessions.

February 27, 1997: Dr. John Fennig is on the air! John contributed his professional advice
during a drive time segment of the morning show at 93.7 The EDGE.
As part of an audition for a potential regular spot on a top-rated morning radio program, Dr.
John Fennig offered advice and comment to callers.

January 15, 1997: New hires at CADWARE Manufacturing Systems
participate in Consulting/Team Skills Training.
Newly hired Application Engineers and Support Staff participate in a hands-on and highly
interactive 20 hour course in effective team leadership and customer consulting skills. This course was
designed and tailored to address strengths and development needs determined through individual and company-wide
psychological assessments of organizational dynamics, personality, individual work styles.

December 6, 1996: Norwest Corporation and DRI Consulting
successfully complete second delivery of Executive Leadership Seminar (ExLS).

April 19, 1996: Executive Team of a Forbes 100 Financial Services company receives in-depth
360-degree feedback by DRIC consultants.
Benefits of this work included the executives' getting a better understanding of the company's
leadership and management competencies, generating individual leadership competency profiles, and applying
their data to immediate real-world situations they face in their jobs.

March 29, 1996: Norwest Corporation and DRI Consulting
successfully complete pilot delivery of Executive Leadership Seminar (ExLS).
Through a close working relationship with DRI Consulting over 6 months, Norwest and DRIC
consultants provided a highly talented senior management group with an intensive four day work/learning
session that combined 360-degree feedback, real world problem solving and executive leadership simulations.
A significant element of ExLS is the use of PC and Internet technology to reflect the vital role it now
plays for bank and financial services leadership. Due to its success and the valuable input of the
pilot group, hundreds of Norwest managers will participate in this program in the future.
