December 1999: The senior managers in a large business unit of Wells Fargo use DRIC to
produce and facilitate a business planning meeting
Dr. John Fennig worked closely with project management staff and senior managers to help define
and prioritize year 2000 projects for capacity and business planning purposes.

November 5, 1999: University of Iowa doctoral students learn about psychology-based
organization and management consulting
Dr. John Fennig provided a mini consultation lab offering doctoral students the first hand
experience of being a consulting client. Part of DRI's mission is to provide training and consulting to
both present and prospective consultants, especially those trained as psychologists.

November 3, 1999: Superior Plating gets new Operations Manager with our help
We provided recruiting advice and pre-selection work personality assessments to assist our
client to fill a key managerial position.

October 29, 1999: Clients of ours can now take the psychological assessments we offer over the internet
in the comfort and convenience of your own home or office.

October 19, 1999: White Bear Area Business Awareness Expo features DRI Consulting.

October 4, 1999: Jasc extends its middle manager team building to include the executive team in an
all-manager development program facilitated by DRI Consulting.

September 15, 1999: Business partners in a computer sales company hire DRI Consulting to
help them assess and understand the current state of their business and to clarify roles, responsibilities and
rewards.
We are using our Real World Leadership Toolbox and Tool 2: Situation Analysis, Tool 4: Strategic
Planning and Tool 3: Decision Making with this client.

July 26, 1999: The Wisconsin Province of the Society of Jesus (The Jesuits) selects DRI
Consulting to provide psychological assessment services for 13 participants in their Jesuit Associates program.

July 9, 1999: DRI Consulting offers one of the few opportunities to psychologists in training
to be organization/management consultants - providing a formal pre-doctoral internship in psychology.
Sheryl Otto will participate in this 2000 hour (one year full time) training. This is both part of her requirement for
graduate school and to declare a competency in organizational work for professional practice as a psychologist.

July 3, 1999: Harris Companies retains DRI Consulting for a management assessment center
to assist in the promotion decisions for internal candidates for the position of assistant Vice Presidential
role.

July 1, 1999: City Business takes contributions from
Dr. John Fennig for an article
City Business magazine utilizes Dr. John Fennig, a valued resource and regular contributor, in
writing an article on how to make effective business presentations. The article will be available from our
site as soon as it is available and should be available in print July 9, 1999.

June 1999: A large and nationally recognized plating company selects DRI Consulting to help
implement an organization-wide improvement process
Senior management identified our seven factor organization change model as a key reason for
selecting us. The organization selected us over their own accounting firm's consulting function due to our
particular expertise with both the people and business aspects of change management.

May 14, 1999: Forty Minnesota psychologists receive briefing on management and organizational
consulting from DRIC staff at the Minnesota Psychological Association annual meeting

April 30, 1999: Participants in a public enrollment workshop get Management Consulting
Skills Training from DRIC
In a two day workshop, DRIC served as "consultant to the consultants." We provided
participants with an overview of the field of management and organizational consulting, specific skill
building, and strategies for selling professional services.

March 26, 1999: Jasc Software hires DRI Consulting to provide
management skills training
Due to its rapid growth, Jasc Software now has a significantly large group of middle managers.
We will provide management skills profiling and a year-long Managers Leadership Lab (MLL). We will integrate
their real-world job opportunities and challenges into each of the training labs.

and through public enrollment.

With our help, family-owned business has new general manager and two department managers in
place. See November 14, 1998 for other details. We continue to assist the owners in the transition to more formal
management of the business and profit and loss responsibility in the hands of hired staff.
