July 2000: High profile Internet start-up contracts with DRI Consulting to help leverage/develop its company culture.
This organization wants to gain the most insight into itself and use an assessment of company culture as a tool to faster and more
effective growth. Our culture assessment and development will be based on measures of individual, team and company personality. Components of personality at these three levels
include core ideology (values, purpose), envisioned future (vision, goals, pace/drive), strengths, development needs, weaknesses/limitations, habits, rituals. From this
assessment we can help the organization consciously implement business processes, tools and behaviors to sustain desired culture, minimize undesired
culture aspects and grow missing elements of the culture they want.
