The Emotionally Intelligent Leader:  Developing your Self-Awareness

Program:             8:00-11:00 am

Location:            University of St. Thomas - Minneapolis
Program Overview:

One of the biggest challenges facing management today is identifying and developing effective leadership talent.  Most of the recent research on leadership suggests that self-awareness - (knowing one's inner resources, abilities, and limits) - is a key competency in developing effective leadership skills.

As participants in the event, we will introduce you to some of the most current thinking about leadership - what it is and how to identify it.  And, we'll take you a step closer to understanding your own leadership style.

Event Facilitators:

Robert Murney, M.A., L.P. - Consulting Psychologist, Murney & Associates, Inc.
Brian Buford, Ph.D. - Consultant, DRI Consulting
