DRI Consulting is a well-respected management and organization development consulting firm located in North Oaks, MN. We are in our twelfth year of operation, enjoying the contributions of over 40 interns to date. Our clients include a wide variety of organizations and individuals. DRIC provides human resource, leadership and career development services. 

We have on-going interest in having part-time interns (high school student, college student, college graduate, graduate student, post-graduate) as part of our organization to assume significant project leadership roles and assist in direct customer service, sales and consulting project work. These are compensated by base pay and/or commissions, training, supervision toward licensure and/or resume-building work experience.

Psychology Internship/Practica Information and Application.

• Great mental abilities
• A professional demeanor, maturity and integrity to relate with our clients (typically company owners, senior managers and work teams)
• Strong PC skills (Windows XP, Office) (Web Design and graphics a plus for website position, Quicken/QuickBooks for accounting position)
• An interest in psychologically-based consulting to organizations/individuals
• Very good communication skills
• The ability to juggle multiple responsibilities concurrently
• Strong drive to work hard and do well at it
• A well developed sense of humor
