How did you hear about DRIC:

If you have spoken with a DRIC Consultant, please put that person's name in the box below.  And, please provide any other information about you that you feel would be helpful to us.

Before you submit this survey to us, please consider the following:

If you are in the information gathering stage, do not submit the survey.
A response of 3 or below on any items in the survey indicates that you need to focus on those items. If you are in the information gathering stage, consider printing the survey with your results and using it as a reference point for developing your own list of areas to develop. A good resource available at the library is the book What Color is Your Parachute written by Richard Bolles. By choosing to print this survey rather than submit it, you will not receive any contact from us.

If you are ready to take action, you have two options.

Option 1: If you are ready to invest between $78 and $500 in yourself, please visit our source for private online assessments, DRIC's CareerWorks Testing Center.
Ratings of a 3 or lower in the first section entitled "Defining Who I Am and What I Do" indicate that you need more information about yourself...the first step in a successful career transition. We recommend that you visit our assessment center, DRIC's CareerWorks Testing Center, where you can purchase popular, scientifically-validated career-related assessments. Our state-of-the-art technology allows you to take these assessments online in the convenience and privacy of your own home. At DRIC's CareerWorks Testing Center, you will find such familiar assessments as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the Strong Interest Inventory, as well as others. You are welcome to submit this survey if you wish to speak to one of our consultants. If you prefer that a consultant not contact you, please print out this survey for your own reference rather than submit it.

Option 2: If you are ready to invest between $500 and $1,000 in yourself, please submit this survey.
Ratings of a 3 or lower in the sections entitled "Identifying What Opportunities Exist for Me In the Marketplace" and "Getting the Job or Launching the Business I Want" indicate a need for professional coaching. You can expect to hear from one of our consultants within the next business day to set up a free 15 minute consultation to help you explore your goals and assess your needs. Please make sure the phone number you provide will protect your privacy when the consultant calls you. If you prefer to contact us directly, please call 651-415-1400 or write us an e-mail at dric@dric.com.

If you're changing jobs, expenses such as these are typically tax-deductible.
