Effectiveness Training

Why DRIC?

DRI Consulting has designed and delivered hundreds of courses to thousands of people in our 20 years. We are highly skilled at creating and delivering new training courses for adult learners and delivering material designed by the client and other vendors, as we value capacity building and using what is already good, working, and/or paid for in the client organization. Most training courses are custom designed in close collaboration with the client sponsors and participants themselves. We are most skilled at a wide range of topics relative to Leadership Development, Team Skills and Personal/ Professional Effectiveness.

We often train from a list of competencies or job responsibilities common to a particular group of trainees. We work to minimize transfer of training challenges by helping bring the real-world challenges and needs of the trainees into the course itself – getting back home work done and relevant skills improved concurrently. Where applicable, we also seek to strengthen team needs among participants there as individual learners as well as colleagues in the workplace.

We have a history of partnering with third-party vendors to deliver a rich training experience, drawing from the best of many worlds. Partner companies have included the Gallup Organization for strengths-based assessment and course content. We have also partnered with Microsoft, leveraging the use of MS Project to augment project management training. Lominger was another partner of ours - their competency modeling serving as the basis of competency-based training.
