Training in practice and theory of executive and business coaching. Experience working with various B/C level assessment such as MBTI, Firo-B, TKI, Spectrum 260. Experience with Hogan Assessments, Emotional Compentency Inventory (ECI). I am accredited in Hogan and ECI.
Formal degrees attained MSW, Adelphi University, 1975; MFA California State University at San Francisco State, 1972; Certification in Psychotherapy & Psychoanalysis, Postgraduate Center for Mental Health, NYC, 1980. Community Mental Health Consultation PGMH, 1982.
Description of how consulting related experience was gained Independent contractor working in major business organizations and not-for-profits as a coach and consultant. Subcontracting with other coaching organizations and coaches. Approx 15 years of experience. Approximately four years teaching coaching and coaching skills to clinicians and others.
