Heather Liedl is the office manager for DRI Consulting. She has experience working in a variety of operational and administrative support roles.

Heather possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills which contributes to the success of DRI Consulting and their clients. Organization, attention to detail, and positivity are a few additional skills she draws upon.

Heather is lead psychometrist for DRI Consulting. She provides the firm's clients with individual and group needs assessment, psychological test administration and evaluation, employee selection, psychological assessment for employment screening, and career and personal development.

DRI and clients benefit from her skills in:

  • Strategy: Demonstrates ability to think ahead, establish goals, plan, anticipate needs, organize and successfully execute.
     
  • Support: Able to respond to the needs of clients and staff in a dependable, helpful and friendly manner with quality service and results. Demonstrates responsibility, organization, care and follow-through in achieving the desired outcome.
     
  • Operations: Effective in managing and maintaining a well-functioning office by ensuring smooth daily operations. Oversees the ongoing maintenance and updating of information systems and infrastructure, including hardware and software; office management: oversee administrative functions, including frontline and equipment; provides some client project management.
     
  • Commuications and Interpersonal: High in empathy, able to effectively communicate with clients, vendors and internal staff both verbally and written. Skilled in active listening, observing and reading non-verbal cues. Demonstrates a friendly, caring and approachable attitude.

 

Personally, Heather enjoys outdoor activities, quality time with family and friends, reading, critters and live music.
