Donny Hobbs is currently in the role of consultant for DRI Consulting. He brings a broad range of experience to the firm, which is complemented by his motivational and leadership skills. One of his most notable strengths is his commitment to helping people reach their personal and professional potential. Donny will be assisting in the writing of proposals, conducting assessments, sales, and taking the lead on internal projects.

Donny is in the process of obtaining his Master's degree from St. Mary's University in Marriage and Family Therapy. His goal is to understand the systemic connection between professional relationships and personal relationships, and how success in one area can lead to success in the other.

Donny is currently providing administrative support to staff and clients, as well as generating sales for DRI Consulting. He is looking forward to taking the lead on several new team building and management cohesion projects. Additionally, he is implementing new strategies which will optimize external sales opportunities. His work includes improving and streamlining internal processes, as well as developing innovative and personalized strategies to promote success for businesses and their employees.
