We work closely with both the hiring staff and with participants at all levels to make sure that all understand and are comfortable with the surveying practices, methods, and outcomes.  We can assist with or perform all phases of the survey process, including:

  • planning what to survey
  • defining and refining your agenda
  • administering surveys using various types of data collection methods as appropriate
  • web-enabling surveys as called for
  • unique, custom survey development
  • analyses of quantitative and qualitative survey data

DRI Consultants use and relay the information from surveys in several ways including:

  • narrative description and summary of results with associated graphs, charts, and tables
  • description of data collection and survey administration methods
  • recommendations and follow-up actions
