Pre-work by the 5 of you (30 min max) to help “hit the ground running” on the 23rd
  • Review of the manual (by the 2 new staff)

  • “favorite scales” and why so (for Brad and you at least, if the other 2 have not yet used this)

Opening

  • Sheryl:  overview of why you are doing this, other wishes/thoughts for the morning work session together.

  • Meeting roles – Leader SO, Coaches (JF, SL), Recorder (2 – one for first half one for second)(?), Time Keeper, Learning (ALL), Parking Lot (Recorder)
