 Introduction to the Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation-Behavior instrument (FIRO-B)

In 15-minutes, the FIRO-B quickly gathers important information on how individual's interpersonal needs can shape their interactions with others. It measures expressed (how much you initiate) and wanted (how much you prefer others to initiate) behaviors relative to three fundamental dimensions of interpersonal need: Inclusion, Control, and Affection (see changes to this model in documents below).
